Speed of order very fast. Tracking info went perfect via e-mail. A manufacturer defect was handled by manager after fighting for a while for something that should have been a "no-brainer". Other than that, overall experience was not too bad....
Does not honor "Lowest Price Guarantee." Would not match much better price at REI for Suunto Vector ($143.93 vs. $199). I was going to order several items, including some that REI did not stock. Suunto Watches appeared to have all the items I wanted....

We were terribly displeased with the service from this company. First, because the billing address I provided was wrong, I received a very unprofessional and sloppy email with accusations of credit card fraud. When I promptly called to resolve the issue, the person on the phone seemed surprised that I was, in fact, not committing fraud. On top of this, the shipping service was absolutely terrible. Even though we asked to not be required to sign for our products, the company still required a signature and wouldn't take the requirement off even after a phone call. We ended up with a package we were supposed to have the next day 4 days later and had to pick it up at the FedEx office.
Very good online merchant services. I had to return part of the purchase but called them and had no problems. So i was pleased to do business with them and would do so again in the future. Read more

I understand shipping most items with a required signature, but for a very inexpensive replacement part, my having to be at home to receive it was an imposition. Other than that, it was a great experience and I'd do business again. Read more
