Akai -Horrible company! Horrible service! I bought a 37" LCD TV from Office Depot. After 4 months it went out during the 1 yr warranty period. It has been 7 months since it first went out and they say they are sending me a new TV. I'm still waiting... I don't want anyone to go thru the same frustration I've been through!

This company is terrible. The TV went out and would not turn back on. They want me to ship it to them on my dime and it is going to take 10 weeks for them to either fix it or replace it. They don't want to do the warranty work. They want you to just forget about it and go buy another TV. Do not buy Aka!!!!!
