Pros: PDA portion worked well enough; bright screen, nice format. Cons: Phone service nonexistent in my area; horrendous customer service.
Summary: I bought this item online, so I could receive calls from my patients. I received it 6 days after it was shipped. I understood I had a 21 day trial, free of charge (except for online use), as long as my use was 12 minutes or less. I liked it pretty ... read more

Pros: Compact. Well thought out.Cool looking Cons: Crash, crash, crash. drop call, drop call, drop call. Erratic coverage. System bugs
Summary: T-mobile has the most friendly helpful customer oriented people I have ever spoken with in the cell business. This, however cannot substitute for a device that is loaded with problems. And does this device line ever have issues.

Pros: Clear colour screen, handsfree audio, plentiful software, well integrated with phone, good battery. Cons: Annoying bugs in software, GPRS useless, not tri-band, no camera or bluetooth, small memory.
Summary: The phone I have is actually sold by O2 in the UK as an "xda" (meaning a PDA converged with a phone), but it appears to be identical in most respects to the T-Mobile Pocket PC. It's actually made by HTC (www.htccorporation.com) in Taiwan. Portabilit ... read more

Pros: The universal device, powerful, pretty Cons: Expensive, stability
Summary: My previous attempt at PDA/phone convergence, the Handspring Treo 180, ended as a failure. You can read more about why I thought so in a separate review here on epinions. So needless to say, I was skeptical of the T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone and didn't ... read more
