Pros: Slick looking and loaded with fine articles. Cons: first issue looked more like a "chick" magazine than one for both genders.
Being a father of five children including a 19 year old girl that is home from school for the summer and another who is 17 and a Jr. in high school, I live the struggles of finding media that is informative to my daughters and yet not constantly knocking ...

Pros: photography, layout, articles Cons: none
It’s been a week or two since I was a teenager, but I vaguely remember that we had magazines geared to our lifestyle ‘way back when’. However, what I remember from those magazines was the articles weren’t about us, the people, but them, the stars. ...

Pros: excellent photography, great articles, nice giveaways, a terrific magazine all-around Cons: the quality of the paper it is printed on is too "classy" for teens
As a teacher in a public high school, I deal with the youth of America on a daily basis. Since I am Art Director for the school district, I deal with both middle school and high school students-- not to mention all of the young ones, too. I firmly ...

Pros: Everything! What ISN'T there to like about it! Cons: Absolutely none!
Since I wrote this review, Can has made the decision to put out TTM six times per year instead of monthly. Also, I'm now the official time travelers' guide for BLAST FROM THE PAST, which is the special page about what was going on "way back ...

Pros: Resourceful magazine for Teens! Cons: None.
If you have teenagers in the house, especially girls, I'm sure you have seen several teen magazines on the newsstand or even laying around your house. With three daughters, I was constantly trying to keep up and monitor what kind of magazines they were ...

Pros: great articles, great photos, uses real teens to model Cons: needs more celebrities
I am very proud of my cousin and my aunt, who put out Teen Trend Magazine. The review I am about to write is exactly how I feel about the magazine and not because I'm related to them. Teen Trend Magazine is a great magazine for teen ...

Teen Trend Magazine: The Newest Magazine for Teenagers
by Candice923 - Top 500,Apr 10 '06
Pros: great articles, inexpensive subscription rate, nice photos, important articles relating to teens Cons: Can't purchase on news stands yet
Teen Trend Magazine is the newest magazine available for teenagers. It focuses on a teen's individuality, encouraging them not to succumb to peer pressure by offering other alternatives to fashion, activities, education, and other teenage-related themes. Positive messages are emphasized, "but not in a nerdy, uncool way" (as one teen put it).
Regular columns include Reel Reviews, Bookworm (book review), He Said, She Said (advice), Listen Up (music reviews), Style File, Top Five, Off the Beaten Path (travel) and more. There are features every month, as well, focusing on the theme of the month.
The majority of writers for this magazine are straight from Epinions. You can visit the website (www.teentrendmagazine.com) to subscribe, enter contest, see photos, and more. Subscriptions are only $10 for the year, which makes this magazine a steal.
