I purchased the three month package...didn't get caught up in the auto renew deal. I got nothing from it. I've gone to Indeed, Simply Hired and I've had seven interview sequences....three still alive and deep into the process.. At least I'm in the door ...

Too expensive and full of blatant hooks to get you to pay more. You can "join" for free (and they then have your resume) but you can't make your resume visible or look at more than a few sentences of any job openings until you sign up for a paid ...

The Ladders doesn't deliver much more than the free listings on Monster, CareerBuilders, Hotjobs, CyberCoders, Dice,....I was disappointed in the results, having to wait over a month before getting an eMail with a list of jobs, even then it was ...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is only a ploy to other schemes. You will be bombarded with offers to buy a new resume ( which is four times more than a professional resume service) they also try to get you to buy tips on how to interview... which ...

I have mixed feelings about Ladders. My husband was the job seeker, so I am paraphrasing him. From a job listing perspective, they were all recruiters. There were no direct company jobs, but with a $4500 year fee for job posters, that would explain ...

I have been a member of the Ladders now for 3 months. I paid for a 1 year subscription because given the economy I was not sure how long I might be searching. Here is what I have found: The first thing I did was post my resume. I had the resume ...

Terrible!
by marcyallyn,Nov 30 '11
Not only is this not worth the money (I never saw one appropriate listing to even apply to in the three months I was on the service) but their customer service is terrible. I'm trying to close my account so that it won't auto-renew and I'm finding it

Complete rip off
by laddersuser,Feb 28 '11
The ladders is a complete rip off, I used their service for 9 months and did not get a single hit. After 9 months unemployed I did find a 6-figure job, but no thanks to them. Also be aware of their autorenew policy (like most online

Some good info

I was checking out the ladder for a friend who did not want to spend the money to join. I found out that to search jobs you do not need to join. Many of the jobs name the company and the location so all you need to do is send in your own resume to the

Stop paying for something that is FREE.
by dbmahat,Jul 29 '10
The Ladders was a total rip off for me. I landed a job when I stopped using it after 2 years. I found this web site as basically aggregating various other web sites to display a list that MAY suit a candidate. Its tracking system is bogus. How can it

Not worth the money
by jb101010,Jan 12 '10
A waste of money, I took a look through the roles advertised on the site primarily as a comparision with other free sites. In my area of specialisation the ladders had.......... a big fat zero£50k+ roles. Jobserve, Totaljobs & CWjobs have
