They had the brand new Monster cables(DVI & Component) at unbeatable prices ($20-$40) cheaper than anywhere else locally, so I took a chance and found out that they handled the ordering and delivering process outstandingly. I did not have any problems, so I cannot comment on their support. But if I needed something else that they carry, I would not hesitate to order from them.
