I chose Twister Group because of the combined cost of the phone and shipping on your search page. But when I considered adding an extra battery to the order, the cost of shipping increased by about $11.00—the battery cost about the same thing. I find that those unexpected charges one of the most annoying parts of ordering on-line or by phone.

For some reason this merchant has to have all shipping addresses attached to your credit card. I want products shipped to my work address which I dont want attached to my personal credit card in anyway. Since no other merchants and I order online beyond frequently, have no problem with this, I coulndt understand the issue. I had to cancel my order and order from another merchant.

I ordered wrong thing and they emailed and informed me that so I was able to cancel. I then order the right things I wanted and incredibly that it arrived in 2-3 days. Everything was there, and well packed. I order the monster cable power house which is pretty heavy and it arrived perfectly. I will definitely buy things from them again.
