I found what I was look for and the price was right. The product was in perfect condition. If I cannot find what I am shopping for in a local store (which I prefer to use and keep them in my neighborhood) then I will return to The Twister Group.

the product was great and as described, but due to their method of shipping from the US to canada (ups), i was dinged with a $70 importing bill, effectively raising the cost of the item by an additional 25%. despite the fact they state on their site that customers are responsible for these charges, the obscenely high charge (with no option to ship via USPS which would negate or greatly reduce these charges) means i will not buy from this seller again.

The only problem we had was, after unchecking the box indicating that we did not want special offers from them or other merchants, we got about 25 email special offers in the next five days. That irritated us!!

I was impressed with the price of my item. It was lower than most of the other merchants I checked with. I placed my order. Unfortunately the credit card address would not take. I exchanged e-mails a few times while calling the credit card company. Luckily the Customer Service Rep was able to get all the information right and get the billing issues corrected. I got an e-mail notice that the item had shipped. Before I knew it, the product had arrived. I am VERY pleased with my shopping experience at The Twister Group.
