I wanted to buy a flash drive. But it turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had purchasing by my computer--and I never even got past the credit card stage. In not so many words I was accused of using someone else's credit as if I was some common thief. And their answer was totally unfriendly and humiliating. I will never shop here again even if they turned out to 50% cheaper than the next lowest. Talk about User Unfriendly.

Twister had the best price by far on the Omnimount wishbone mount. Shipping was surprisingly fast and product was received in just 2 days via UPS ground. Had not heard of Twister before doing online price research, but would definitely shop from them again based on this experience.

I bought my husband a Crosley Stackable Turntable for his birthday. Of course, by the time he used it (after his birthday), it was after the 30 day time period and the knob that changes the turntable from record player to CD, etc. has a short in it and the company has totally washed their hands of us - I will never buy from them again.

Placed the order on 4/21/04. Package arrived 4/23/04 at about 3:00pm via my requested 2 day shipping all the way from Arizona to Ohio. Fed Ex tracking was fantastic! All I can say is The Twister Group is the very best the net has to offer! Many net companies can learn from these folks.

Product not as described. Restocking fee even if their error. When asserted right to challenge charge, was threatened with "collection agency." Buyer Beware!

Doing business with Twister Group was perfect in every way. They answered emails promptly, and they were very friendly. I found them trustworthy and honest. I ordered a TEAC shelf system and it came promptly -- I had it less than a week after I put in the order online. They shipped it by UPS but UPS didn't deliver it the day scheduled (a Friday) because of the wrong house address. I emailed Twister Group so they would know so I wouldn't loose any warranty days in case something was wrong with it and immediately they called UPS. We ended up going to UPS to pick it up that night and when I got there they said someone had just called about it. When I got home there were emails apologizing and telling me they had called UPS. I was thrilled to find a shelf system with a turntable. It works perfectly. I would definitely buy from Twister Group again. I highly recommend them.

They sold me Speco 9-camera Multiview Video System for $50 less than the nearest competitor sells it for. This company shipped it on time, well-packaged, followed up with a tracking number. How can ask for more? It was perfect!

I was a bit skeptical about shopping from The Twister Group at first, but I decided to give them a try since they had received several good reviews. They had the product I was looking for, a Pioneer DEH-P4500 car radio, in stock and the sale price was lower than the major retailers. Plus, they charged no sales tax and offered free shipping. I received an immediate e-mail confirming my order with a link to go back and track my order. The radio arrived in 5 days, in time for Christmas, and was in perfect condition. Very satisfied with order accuracy, delivery speed, product quality and price, free shipping and overall service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever heard of in my life. I received a broken GPS at no fault to Twister Group yet when I called for an RMA # I found out he would not refund my money and compared me to people who go around defrauding everyone (including the government)and called me a "Fraudulent Buyer" and said he would add me to a "list of fraudulent buyers". He then lied to VISA when I filed a complaint (which is recommended by VISA) and he further said he would try to collect restocking fees through "collections" after lying to VISA. I am now suing The Twister Group and folliwng up with his scam on restocking and double shipping fees with the State of Illinois. Biggest fraud I have seen using the oldest scam in the books and that false restocking and double shipping fees on a broken product. This is a crime! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM unless you like to be called names and threatened over a broken GPS!

I thought these reviews were fake. Boy was I wrong! I admit I was skeptical at first. Only 62 reviews, all of them with high accolades, and they were selling a Samsung SIR-T165 for $200.00 less than the brick and mortar store in town! Yeah right. I placed my order while reminding myself that my credit card had a 100% fraud protection guarantee. One week to the day, I had my package. It was an unopened box, complete with all accessories and delivered to my door. The UPS tracking number was emailed to me in a timely manner and I was able to track the arrival of my new toy in real time. The best price, UPS tracking number, and the product I ordered was what I received. I do not know how they will stay in business with such low prices, but I will recommend them to everyone I know, and even you guys, who I don’t know. These guys are believable!

They have inaccurate listing headings and don't care if they ship you the wrong item. The header clearly stated cannon pixma mx700 and I received an mx300 instead. They refused to correct the error and I'm still waiting for a refund two weeks after they received the printer. They say they are not going to refund all my money, and insist on taking a profit in restocking fees.

RIPOFF ALERT!

I ordered a Velbon Maxi 343E tripod and received it as promised, IN PERFECT condition.
Their Customer Service people are way above other online stores, they responded almost instantly to my emails !!

WOW !! is all I can say.
Overall satisfaction is A+++++++++++ !!

Twister Group shipped me broken radio, when i called they threated me for all kind of credit story. I have never had those kind of rude shopping experience in my all life.

They area really very very unprofessional and horrified people.

I surprised how can they still survived in this competitive online industry.

Good luck for the good experience buyer, but you may be the most miserable person when you find some broken items.

They dont like to have any return.
