The Twister Group

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They tell you something in writing then say they are not responsible for what they say. Wish I would have looked at some of the other comments for the Twister Group before I purchased from them. Even with the lowest price I would never purchase from them again.

I would not buy from this facility again. 20 minutes after ordering a headset, they cancelled my order and when I tried to get in touch with them and see why they cancelled my order, I could not get an answer. They told me that they could not find my order when I had given them the order number and everything that they could possibly need. There is no phone number to call and see what is going on. It is all based off of an e-mail system, and they take forever to get back to you. I do not recommend using this site to buy much of anything.

After placing an order, they would not honor my order claiming it was a pricing mistake. Their service was very rude & unprofessional. I would not do business with them again.

They may have low prices, but their shipping!!! 4 items totaling less than a pound and they wanted over $20 to ship it?

Awful customer service, I will never deal with this company again. Canceled my order without even asking, saying the credit card information did not match. This is a company card, used numerous times without incident. Be wary dealing w/a company w/no posted phone number for customer service. The e-mails I received were all extremely rude & unlike anything I have ever encountered shopping online.

Update: 24 hours after posting my review the company e-mailed me with the threat of adding my information to blacklists of fraudulent buyers.

* So now you know you're dealing with a very nasty & vindictive company that has no respect for individual opinion based on experience. It gets better;

The Twister Group threatened me since I badmouthed their company on Shopping.com they are going to inform other merchants that I am trying to use someone else's card and provide incorrect billing address, so that other stores will be careful of dealing with such buyer.

This company makes online purchasing the best option when in urgent need for a product that is not available locally. First, I sent email asking some questions and received an instant reply. Then, after placing my order, I received an order confirmation and tracking number. When the product arrived, I still have questions on how to set it up and sent email to customer support people. Once again, I received an instant answer on where to find the information I was looking for. Low prices, excellent customer support, ease of ordering, good order tracking system, prompt delivery, and great selection of products make this company one of the best on the net. Thank you!

This company was awful for me.  I accidentally purchased the wrong fuser for my printer and of course, didn't realize it until I went to put it down into the printer.  Because I had cut the plastic off of the fuser -- they refused to take it back.  Now I'm stuck with a fuser that cost me $185 and have no use for it at all. 

They were completely unwilling to work with me on this return.  DO NOT buy from them if you think in any way you might need to return something.  Total lack of customer service. 

They lost this customer forever!!

Ordered on Monday - received on Wednesday - exactly as promised. No hassles. I would definitely buy from these folks again.

I was remodeling my house and found everything I needed at the Twister Group -- intercom system, central vacuum, speakers, wires, even a baby monitor. With 3 large purchases behind me I am a very happy customer. The prices are low and service is great...what else can I ask for?

Low price, quick delivery, great customer support -- this company is unbeatable! I bought from other e-tailers before but never was as pleased as with Twister Group. From now on I will always check with these guys first when buying electronics.

Bad return policy and poor package description. I wanted to buy a wireless speaker system, with full components. Turns out I've ordered an additional speaker, not a system. (The description was not that user friendly to me.) They ask 20% fee for return and restock of non-defective goods, which is ridiculous. So I end up with buying the whole system again (of course from other seller!) and with (unintended) two speakers.

Well, I haven't purchased anything yet. The product descriptions and technical information are sorely lacking on this website, making it nearly impossible to make a purchase decision.

When I contacted customer service I got excuses, not help. Site needs improvement.

I ordered a couple items from this online retailer and paid for expedited shipping. We were told the items were shipped with the expedited shipping. Fedex had a delay in shipping and whe I requested a refund The Twister Group they told me I couldn't get a refund and even went as far as to threaten me if I would attempt totry and get my money back.

As it turns out, they didn't even ship it expedited as I requested and paid for.

This company lie and uses threats to intimidate.

They run this business out of a small run down house in Illinois and drop ship from other places.

Beware of this seller, you won't get what you pay for, and when you complain you will get threats of runining your credit if you attempt to get a refund.

Only after requesting scans of my credit card, copy of my latest card statement, and signed confirmation order (which I provided), did they tell me that they were unable to deliver to my hotel address - which I had given them in the first place!!!

Companies with poor service, I avoid in principle, regardless of price.
