Took 16 days to receive photos although they said "usually within 5 days". Photos came from Europe in a package that was completely torn open (post office put it in a plastic bag). Customer service never replied. Photo quality was fine but I wouldn't trust them again.

I'll make this short and simple, the 4x6 digital shots that I received from To Go Photo were of excellent quality. I will continue using their service. You just can't beat the price, 18 cents a photo is affordable. I use to use clubphoto.com but their 4x6 photos (glossy & matte) cost 25 cents each if you are not a gold or platinum member, and the photos lack a bit of color. And I use a Canon Digital Rebel, each photo is about 1 to 2 MB in size. Only one thing that To Go Photo needs to improve on, that is the shipping material that they use. The front of the shipping envelope is not that durable and my envelope had a number of tears on the edges. I'm glad that the tear was not long enough for the photos to slide out. I already contacted them regarding this issue and they told me that they are working on it.
