I purchased a Spirit Sideboard which was delivered in February, 2005. While the amount of assembly was extreme, it went together quickly.The shipment was, however missing parts. Three telephone calls to gain assistance were without success, and, when I was told a manager would call me on two occasions, no one did. After what I thought was a detailed description of the parts needed, the wrong part arrived in March. I phoned and emailed to note the error. It is now April, and no one has returned emails or calls. This seems quite unacceptable.
