This was one of my first times ordering a product over the
internet. The process was very easy and fully explained every step of the process. Delivery was fast and all of the
products ordered were outstanding!!!

I purchased the urinary director device.

Wow, what a great and helpful device this product is! I have
used it on all my car trips, backpacking, ATVing, etc.!!

I won't leave home without it!!!! It's made using those
horrible porta potties bearable!!!!!

Hats off to the inventors!!! I wish every woman had the opportunity to try this product!!

I ordered 1 Travelmate on a trial basis. Delivery was prompt ( I ordered on a Friday and received it on a Monday). Two days later I took the Travelmate camping. What a relief not to lower my pants in the poison ivy patch! It is easy to use but I would advise practicing in the shower until you get the hang of it. If vaginal dryness is a problem try a light application of mineral oil. The Travelmate is a God-send! This was the first product I have ordered on line and the process was SECURE and Easy. I plan on ordering more as my sister's both tried to talk me out of mine! The Travelmate is very liberating and easy to transport. KUDOS to the Travelmate company...the best invention since toilet paper (which you really don't need when using a Travelmate)!!!

I ordered three TravelMates and accessories form the TravelMate Online Store in January. I received a confirmation e-mail for the order on the same day, but they have not sent out the product. I have called them several times and e-mailed them twice, but they did not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. My experience with this company has been overall unsatisfactory and their customer service department can not be reached.
