After waiting more than 45 minutes to get to a tutor, I found that the tutor couldn't help me with my math question. Then, the tutor told me to log on again and ask another tutor, which meant I had to go through another long wait! Then, because the service closed, I was bumped offline without an answer. This is a total ripoff, if you ask me! Also, why did they get rid of the voice feature? It would be helpful if sessions could be done by voice as with other services.

Interesting, though they had trouble with more advanced questions. I think most of the tutors are still in college. Also, though they claim on-demand tutoring, they are only available for 11 hours per day.

This service is terrible. My daughter tried to get help with basic questions in math and chemistry and she kept getting passed from one tutor to another and nobody could help her. She got confusing explanations in English that was often barely understandable and never got any of her questions answered. It is clear that the tutors are college students and not trained teachers. I am requesting a refund, and I would not recommend this service to anyone else.

My son waited a long time to get to a math tutor, who couldn't even help with 5th grade material!  I had him log on and wait again--and the second tutor was useless too. Tutor.com is a total waste of time and money as far as we're concerned!
