My wife and I registered at Unicahome. Unfortunately, as we discovered, they are unable to provide the level of service necessary to support their products.
2 product were damaged as a result of heat. It turns out that the owners of Unica have been aware that the European design kettles are not compatible with the higher powered stoves in the US. They also failed to account for differences in wattage for lamp designs.
As if a fire hazard were not enough, they were unwilling to exchange to merchandise.
Probably best to go to other resellers - just take a look at the brands they sell on their homepage.
This is the worst website to order online and their customer service is non-responsive and worthless... Once I placed my order I received an automated email but there was no follow-up on the status of the order... I attempted to contact the customer service dept. via email and phone but received no response regarding the status of the order... When I sent an email to cancel the order I then received an immediate response... I asked them to cancel the order that had not been yet shipped (and was not received) but instead they went ahead and charged my credit card regardless!!!! and told me that they will give me store credit according to their return/exchange policy... This is ridiculous... Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from this website... If you see an item you like just "google" it and you buy it from somewhere else...

All that disclaimer stuff in legaleze was weird! Sounds like you got sued big time at some point. It comes under "TMI". Am not impressed with what sounds like no returns possible? Normally I would not read any of that stuff but it went on and on and on-------I got curious to see how far it would go! Too far! But I'm happy to find my chicken timer. Read more

I ordered four itms, and two arrived without problem, but the other two were not explained as to why they were not sent, or if they were going to be sent or anything. I am still unsure do I have to look elsewhere, as the missing items were part of a set, of which I did receive another part. Read more

I ordered a nativity set on November 11. After several days, I received an automated email that the item was on back order and would be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks. I heard nothing else. After 3 weeks, I sent an email, using the link on their page, asking for an update. Nothing. I called the toll-free number. The customer service rep had a hard time accessing my account. As promised, she called me back before the end of the business day with a resolution. The item was available and they sent me the nativity set by three-day expediated shipping (with the shipping costs on them). While happy with the product, I wish the transaction could have been smoother. Read more
