The Bottom Line: I would recommend this vehicle to virtually anyone who drives or prefers a truck except for those who really NEED a large diesel heavy hauler/tower for construction or industrial business.

Cons: No clearcoat, Funky Middle Console
The Bottom Line: Get a T100 if you can find one! Stay away from the 4 cylinder if you are going to tow anything, but otherwise this truck is straight up solid.
I have owned a lot of different makes and models of vehicles and I can say with great confidence that the 97 T100 is one of the best engineered trucks produced during that year. I drive this truck 100 miles per day and have never been let down....

Pros: A work horse, super reliable, resale value, nice ride.
Cons: can't see radio station, terrible cup holder location.
Having owned a F-150, a Chevy Silverado and a tacoma this by far is my favorite truck! It's a great size, not too big not too small like a tacoma. It tows well, great pay load. Its just practical, easy to drive, not a lot of plastic crap or extras you come across in other brands. Plain and simple it gets the job done. It's fun off road, great in the snow. rides high and strong. I would recommend the extra cab. It's well worth the $. These trucks are in such demand that when you buy one, you will never want to get rid of it.
