Pros: On my first tour, were travelers on 10Th & 12Th tours with Vantage. That's telling.
Cons: Everyone in Customer Service is very nice but could be a little more efficient.

Pros: Beautiful boats, Nice accommodations, yummy food! Beautiful scenery. Clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Had a couple bad weather days and flight delays but that's inevitable, right?!

Pros: The company is VERY efficient at charging a credit card.
Cons: The company cannot acknowledge payments or questions in a timely fashion.

Pros: After 30 minutes top the President's club, they will pick up the phone.
Cons: Impossible to deal with anyone that will handle the whole trip

Cons: Will cancel your vacation and will not respond to written inquiries.

Pros: Good value, cost of transportation if booked as individuals higher than entire cost of trip.
Cons: Changes to accommodations made without our knowledge, review or approval. Substitutions seemed inferior.

Pros: The vessel rode well in the sea and the servers were excellent.

Cons: Inadequate guide/driver,barely any sightseeing,dreadful hotels,inedible food.Much money for aggravation and disappointment.

Pros: Tour Managers were extremely knowledgable, passengers were friendly and the food was very good.
Cons: None at this time!
Summary: We have been on 3 Vantage River Cruises, Holland and Belgium, Russia, and Budapest to Bucharest. They were all wonderful. We are interested in going on the Grand Norwegian Coastal cruise. Does anyone have experience on this
