We ordered 500 business cards for our church that we hand out as a witnessing tool...well when we got them they weren't correct, the color was correct on the back of the card but not on the front. People make mistakes, machines foul up, and things don't always go according to plan, but with their OUTSTANDING customer service we will continue to buy from them, and they have great products.

I ordered a batch of oversized glossy advertising postcards from VistaPrint after having been disappointed with the level of quality (and extortionate prices) i was receiving from my usual local print firm. I'd never used an online service like Vista and was very surprised at how easy their web based software was to use. I'd knocked out a nice looking design for the cards within no time.

The postcards looked really good on screen but i had reservations about how the final product would look when printed but i've received my batch of cards in the post this morning (2 days after placing my order) and they look superb! print quality is excellent, as is the quality of the card they have used. Basically the quality has way exceeded my expectations and all for a fraction of the price my usual print firm charges.

To summarise, i am very happy with the level of service offered by Vistaprint and will certainly be using them again in the future.

In the past I've used Vistaprint for business cards for myself and family members and have been totally satisfied. Recently I ordered some postcards to thank people for condolences on the death of my dog. The cards were fantastic. I uploaded a picture for one side and designed the text on the other side. I got them very quickly and they were perfect. They were much more personal and much less expensive than getting such a card at a store. And I love the way you can try different designs and wording before committing to buy. The design site is so easy to use.

Over the past couple of years I've seen advertisements for VistaPrint's free business card offer, but I was a bit skeptical about the quality. A friend of mine recently handed me a card from VistaPrint and I was amazed by the quality, so I went to the site and ordered. You have to pay a shipping fee and there's a line on the back of the card that says Business Cards are Free at www.vistaprint.com, but it's well worth it. I could have paid $10 to take it off, but I don't mind it at all. I sell Avon on a part time so the line on the back, makes me look like I'm a frugal smart business woman. The site was really easy to use and I had plenty of designs to pick from. It was a lot easier than buying business cards at Staples, going back and forth to the store.

I have been using VistaPrint since a friend recommended them about a year ago. I just got my third order, and it was jsut as easy and inexpensive as B4.

I personally have never had problems like others describe, although my brother in-law uploaded a logo that looked pretty cruddy when it came on his post card order. But when he called the 800 number he got a real human on the line in less than a minute, and the agent helped him through the reorder process (he needed a higher resolution logo file).

I don't know about others, but the very fact that an Internet company has a toll free hotline with real human beings speaks volumes about VistaPrints seriousness.

I first used this company to design fun response cards for my friend's wedding. They turned out great. I have since used Vista Print to print custom postcards for my own use as well as magnets and note cards with matching envelopes. I am continually amazed at how quickly they process my order. You should always search for coupons/discounts before placing your order because you can almost always get up to 50% off their already low prices. The only option I wish they had was a ruler on the website when you are trying to line up images or wording.

It seems like everyone I talk to gets their business cards from Vistaprint.com. The reason I bring that up is when my daughter sent out her Christmas cards this year everyone started calling me to ask where she got them because they were so beautiful! When I asked her she told me Vistaprint.com. As I result, I decided to try ordering some note cards for myself. I was so happy with the selections as well as the quality and time it took to get them that I wanted to pass my experience on to others. I will definitely be back to order more in the future!

For small businesses just starting out, Vistaprint is a godsend. Good products, and reasonable delivery--I always choose "slow" to keep costs down. You just have to plan ahead! And great specials that they run...take advantage!

I made over 20 of them (all different) for people ages 5 to 99. Everyone loved them. They were a great success. I've ordered from VistaPrint many times in the past for everything from business cards to car magnets. The quality is alright, not amazing, but I get emails from them with special deals regularly. I hardly ever pay more than $30 for an order with lots of freebies. I am a fan.

I have ordered gazillions of times from VistaPrint, and I always take full advantage of the free offerings. I am in the direct sales industry (www.norwex-healthy-cleaning.com and www.UpWithReading.com - Usborne Books in Canada) and I have been happy with Vistaprint one hundred percent (100%) of the time.

Over the last couple of years, I have ordered a bevy of products from Vistaprint, including regular postcards, oversized postcards, stamps, Premium business cards, labels, etc. and have ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS found the products to be 100% accurate and really gorgeous!

On the one occasion when I wasn't happy with the finished product, it was because I hadn't entered the right information when ordering - I had made a typo. Nonetheless, Vistaprint very politely and pleasantly re-printed and re-sent my business stationery - and ate the entire bill!

Given the sheer number of positive transactions I've had with Vistaprint, I am totally confident when I say that Vistaprint gives the best bang for the buck.

Vistaprint is fabulous. I have been so happy with their fast service and great deals. In addition, I find their web interface for designing documents to be excellent. I especially like the flexibility of being able to modify their designs and to upload my own photos. I highly recommend Vistaprint.

I went to Vistaprint after hearing about the free business cards. I found out that they have so much more to offer. I ordered the business cards for my kids after a move. They were a inexpensive way to give their friends our new contact information. I've since ordered many of their products including our change of address cards. I was extremely pleased with the invitations I had custom made for my daughter's birthday party. The quality was impressive. I'll certainly be using VistaPrint in the future.

I don't know what people are doing that end up with bad service from VistaPrint. I have used them multiple times and have never had a problem. Most recently I ordered a set of their Premium business cards. They were Free + Shipping which was $5.25. I chose their slowest shipping method which they listed as 21 days.

They offer very fast service, very high quality, and incredibly low prices. I highly recommend them but as always, you have to watch when you check out as they push extra services which you can easily decline.

I have used Vistaprint.com for two years in a row for Holiday cards and it has been great. Every year they add to there selection of designs to choose from and the process of uploading and design is very simple. It is by far the cheapest way to get many cards done. I could spend a lot more money and time and do them another way but at Christmas time my budget and time are limited. In one hour I had my cards designed and ordered. I had no problems. I loved my cards and got many compliments. I also received free shipping due to a promotion so I really felt like I got a bargain.

The process of designing your card is very easy, but if your on a Mac it's a bit limiting. To be able to maximize your experience you need a PC. It's possible on a Mac, but next year I'll use a PC. Hopefully they will expand their design software to work with a Mac.

I ordered some party invitations for a summer party from VistaPrint. They were easy to order. The invitations came in on time and the paper was a nice stock. My neighbors loved them and every one commented on them.

I did find the online design tool a little tricky at first, but once I got the hang of it, there was no problem and I was able to make my invitations look just as I wanted them to.

I also ordered some return address labels and business cards and was very happy with them as well.

I think it is a good company and would recommend them to anyone needing nice party invitations or business cards. Sorry to those who haven't had such good luck, but I plan on using them again in the future.

Vistaprint was everything I expected it to be and more. I went to the site because at first I didn’t believe the free business cards I’d been offered could be for real. From the email I got, I knew I’d have to pay shipping and handling, but I also figured there would be some other catch – there really wasn’t – I mean the site isn’t perfect, there is a lot going on, and I wasn’t quite sure where to go at first, but there weren’t any “catches” other than shipping. So I ordered my first set of cards and even got them early. Since that first order I’ve also ordered another set of business cards as well as a great set of personalized notecards. Which brings me to the reason I posted here… When my notecards arrived they came with the wrong envelopes – I was upset so I called the phone number on the website and was able to talk with someone right away who was very friendly and volunteered to send me new envelopes before I even asked for them (they arrived today).

I have done a number of jobs with VistaPrint for both person and professional needs and have experienced nothing but the best in service and quality. I highly recommend VistaPrint.com for short run orders.

I ordered matching business cards, address labels and 10 sheets of letterhead, and they look great. Vista Print takes a while with internal processing unless you pay for rush processing, which is expensive. I paid for the cheapest shipping, and got my product in about 3 weeks.

Once the product arrived though, it looked at least as good as it did online. I was very pleased, appreciated the email notice that I got when the order finally was shipped, and was very satisfied with the introductory pricing (under $14 for all of the above including S & H). For a start-up business like mine, a film production company, you just cannot beat the quality/price combo. It was worth the wait.

I will definitely do business with this company in the future and would recommend Vista Print highly.

i was a little nervous about ordering promotional postcards from vista print after reading so many bad reviews, but my experience turned out fine. i chose them because they had the best price, though the shipping cost did seem excessive. after some problems uploading my file, i called the design support center and had a woman walk me through it. everything uploaded fine, i received a confirmation email, and the final product arrived at my house 5 days later! i would definitely order from them again-- the quality of the postcards looks great, everything turned out as it looked on the online preview.

I tired VistaPrint's free business cards offer but was quite disappointed. They really offer free business cards where you pay only for the shipping but they try to charge you for anything else - want a wider verity of design templates? you should pay. Want to edit the design? you should pay.

Other than that, the quality is good and also the delivery time. Bottom line, they shouldn't advertise it as free offer since you'll end up paying anyway.

Affordable, relatively good quality products, if you have time to wait.  Their business cards, t-shirts, magnets, fliers are all pretty good...take advantage of the "FREE" items--you'll still have to pay for s/h.--But you'll have to wait like a month to get it.

I ordered the free or low-cost business cards from VistaPrint online. The cards arrived and are of lesser thickness than other business card stock. No big deal.
My problem with VP is that they now have automated machines telephone me with a "survey". The terms & conditions as well as privacy policy at VP website do not mention that they now have the right to have these aggravating machines telephoning you.

After having questions surrounding my order total, I promptly sent an email to their customer service department. A week later, there was no response, but my order did arrive in a less than satisfactory condition. So, I emailed them yet again about my order total and also asking about the poor quality (ink smudges) of the product. Another week goes by...nothing. I tried once more to email them. This time they responded and answered my question about my order total, but did not even address the quality of my order. I had ordered Save the Date cards for a wedding. I did not have time to wait for them to send me a new shipment (and from the looks of their response times it would have taken at least a month). I paid almost $70 for 100 postcards and their service and finished product were what I had expected. I still have not received a response to rectify the ink smudges on my finished postcards.

I have to say that i was disappointed with the quality of the cards that i got.
It was easy to design and they have many nice designs, but my shipment was late in more then 2 weeks and the quality of the cards was poor.
The next time that i ordered Free business cards i tried another company and the quality was much better - you should try it too www.dcp-print.com

I ordered 120 postcards to be sent to my best clients.  I also added myself, and two of my other locations, to the mailing list.  I received a mangled, damaged, bent and torn postcard, as did my other two locations.  The damage to our professional reputation cannot be undone.  The layout and print quality were acceptable, but I ordered new postcards, not used toilet paper!

Do NOT ever order postcards from VistaPrint.  Local printshops charge more because they do not destroy your postcards, and your business image, before they mail them out.

Never again, and I wish I never did in the first place.

UPDATE:  I mailed the postcard, as I received it, to Robert Keane, CEO of VistaPrint with a letter explaining my dissatisfaction.  I will update this review with his response.

UPDATE2:  After a few calls back and forth with customer service, they refunded the entire amount, including postage.  I received a call from Mark Hamilton, a general manager today, who was understanding and apologetic.  He offered a free replacement batch in addition to the full refund.  He was very understanding and took full responsibility for the problems.  He seems to have called the day my letter arrived.

I'd placed an order for my small company and purchased Business Cards plus Small and Large Magnets.

I must say that I was hugely disappointed with my order. The business cards were not glossy as I'd requested and to be honest, I didn't expect them to be as flimsy as they were.

As for the magnets, Well, the large one's were very cheap appearing...plus after hanging one off my refrigerator overnight, the next morning half of it wasn't event sticking to the Fridge anymore. So much for its magnetism.

I thought I'd give Vistaprint a go on some business cards and matching stationery. The prices certainly seemed right. But their Web site was a bit clunky for me, a Mac user, and I needed to call for some design help (I couldn't access some of the proofing pages). I ended up speaking with a designer in Jamaica (there was reggae music blaring in the background--how funny), who walked me through the process. I had high hopes. But alas, they were dashed. Though I'd paid for their top-of-the-line card stock, the cards were such that after holding one for less than a minute, it almost curled up in my hand. When I called to discuss the matter, the service person said that they could send me some free cards (on the same paper stock) but that they couldn't refund or change the order. I ended up going to another printer (myeasyprinting.com) which allowed me to use a stock almost twice the quality, and I get compliments on a design I chose (from a standard-template). This was an expensive lesson.

I'm on a Mac, I got as far as uploading one side of my business card design then the site would just hang forever, tried to order using three different browsers. The website interface is an inscrutable maze with no logical sequence or clearly defined steps through the ordering process.

Just guessing, but these guys probably buy a sh*tload of whatever paper they can get hold of, which drives their costs down, and have presses dedicated to nothing but business cards. Prepress work is probably all automated, I doubt anybody even sees your card before it gets on film or plate. No customer service and hit or miss quality? well of course! how else is a company going to keep costs so low?

Give your business to a local designer and printer. Yes it will cost more but it's better than rolling the dice with these shysters.

After reading all these horror stories, I'm glad my order didn't go through.

It is an easy to use web site for ordering a number of items and then suprisingly upon check-out you are hit with additional items to consider (at discount rates).

However, before you hit the submit order you better be sure as cancelling any order is a nightmare and you will meet strong resistance. If you email the cancellation they will claim you need to call and then they will still resist cancelling any order.

i used vista print many times and i was happy about the products i purchased from them until today when i discovered that they have been taking money from my bank account without my authorization! they took from me the amount of £69.65 in seven transactions of £9.95 each and some of these transactions are 2 in the same day and another 2 one after the other like one yesterday and one today!!
when you try to contact them to make an order they provide you with a free number but when they trap you and they take what they are not supposed to take and you try to contact them to cancel or get your money back they give you a number in the USA !!!
please be careful and never trust this company by giving them your bank details. they are thieves BE careful !!!!

After waiting a week for my cards to arrive, they were all cut >5 degrees off of straight.. Words that were not in the cutting area were cut off completely, All 1000 cards were cut so poorly that I couldn't use any of them.

Called their CS line?? Waited over 30 minutes to re-order, wait another two weeks. To have to call again and re-order.. Still waiting and their customer service and these jerks don't care..

They also sold my name to other solicitors and I have been recieving calls on my phone number that is listed on the National Do Not Call List from vendors that have told me that VistaPrint sold me this contact info..

Nice.. Total BS.. Their shipping is also calculated after the entire sale, and it is ~50% of that great price you see upfront..

Another one of those companies that everyone is a Manager, and your complaints seem to go nowhere.. Is there anyone at VistaPrint that gives a crap about CS???

Horrible experience. When your order doesn't show up for over a month...you're going to want to talk to customer service. But guess what? Customer service doesn't want to talk to you! this is not an uncommon experience - just read some of the other reviews of VistaPrint. I wish i had before I placed my order!! I place one order for two items...they arrived seperately, the last one arrived about two months AFTER MY ORDER DATE! TWO MONTHS!! I email customer service twice, the first time I received no reply, the second time they wrote me back saying "try another email address, we can't help you here" and try their 1-800 number...even though the website sent me to that particular email address for help. Its BOGUS.

The "free" business cards charge $10 for shipping. They aren't so free after all. And they advertise on the back of your business cards. That may be good for kids...but not for BUSINESSES.

Don't even waste your time, go to Staples and do it right.

Vistaprint.com is the poster child for always buying with a credit card. If you go through there standard templates the quality of the cards and printing is good. If you attempt to do a custom card their software is buggy. It will wrap and justify your proof prior to printing. At that point you will find that there customer service reps redefine the word rude. If you wish to deal with vistaprint.com make sure to use a credit card and be prepared to issue a chargeback. I have worked for a customer service telemarketing firm for 20 years and have never seen poor and rude customer service from any company.

Their website is relatively easy to use. I've used them several times. Their business cards are "okay" quality, not great (I was a high quality printing consultant for many years!). If all goes okay and there aren't any problems along the way, and you purchase through one of their SALE links, the cards can be a good deal. If you have a lot of color on a card, DON'T order the "matte" finish cards. They look like medium-to-low quality inkjet cards! Get "Glossy" finish only for color cards. If you order a card that is mostly white pater, the "matte" finish can look okay.

If there's a PROBLEM, like I had today, DON'T expect ANY care, concern or effort to correct it or deal with it in an appropriate "customer service" manner, even when talking to a supervisor. They seem to not care at all! I will NEVER use them again!

The first rep I spoke to today said they've never had a location in the United States. They're based in the Caribbean.

Do yourself a favor and find ANOTHER online printer to use.

I just tried to order business cards on vistaprint.com. I created two different card designs that were listed at $.06 for 250 cards (a special promotion). The total cost of my order, including the slowest shipping option, was shown as $7.27.

I got the whole way through the payment section (entered in my credit card information) and was taken to another page where they try to force/trick you into adding on mailing labels. I didn't want the labels and tried to continue through with only the business cards. However, the final confirmation page then showed that the price of the cards had "magically" increased to $3.99 for 250. I tried to get back to the point where the price was $.06 for 250 cards, but the price in my cart just kept switching between $3.99 and $9.99 for 250 cards.

I tried to place this order at 11:30am on Monday, August 20th, 2007. I called Customer Support but the offices are closed due to the approaching hurricane. After reading all the negative reviews of this company, I'm actually glad I wasn't able to place the order but I'm aggravated at the time I wasted on it.

Vista Printing is awful, I have had to call them many times to get something I didn't order, removed and get my credit card credited, I also ordered one thing and received something else and then was charged extra to get what I wanted. Most of the Vista operators are rude and have no clue what they are talking about, giving me wrong information and an attitude.

I will never order from Vista Printing again!

I wanted to get new business cards. It started at $10, when I got to the order page it was already $20, because I customized their templates. Since I spent one hour customizing, I figured I can live with that.

The order arrived earlier then I expected. But when I got the cards I found out that they are not a standard business cards size, but 1/16 smaller on both dimensions. Also paper is thinner that I would expect from business cards.

I called customer support, they said "yeah, our cards a smaller than standard," when I told them it's not mentioned clearly on the website, that said "Yes."

Not worth the saving if you are serious about your business. I'll go back to justbusinesscards.com next time.

BEWARE of extra $14.95 a month charges for life until cancelled. Don't think you are just buying cards, shirts, letterhead, etc because when you agree to the terms and conditions you will be enrolled to a "passport of fun" and or rewards program costing $14.95 per month. You must read all of the terms and conditions and review your credit card statements carefully each and every month after purchasing anything from Vistaprint. No idea what I had for $14.95 a month or $74.75 because they did not even give me a password, user name or website to log onto. ABSOULTE SCAM and unfair way of making extra money after the sale.

Cards I bought and paid for -- not the freebies and definitely not the cheapest -- arrived completely unusable. The chosen logo (one of theirs) was just a solid black blob of ink. I called, I wrote, I emailed and was ignored. I never received so much as an acknowledgement.

If everything goes well, I assume they're a bargain. But it's no bargain when you pay and receive junk and have no recourse. I'm surprised at the rave reviews though the most recent do sound eerily similar and as if they were written by the same marketing department.

Lovely product BUT not worth the hassle. First, the website is extremely user un-friendly . Then there was the $10. per month fee that mysteriously appeared on my visa card. THAT $10. fee stayed there for 6 months. And the emails that were never answered. Oh and did I tell you about the 'free' items that I was charged for and the ones that never arrived?
Of course the emails in my inbox were wild. One day I got 3 emails -all in the same day. I finally gave up-quit doing business with them, paid more elsewhere.

1)  A user-friendly Web page
2)  Less Frequent emails
3) No sneaky charges to our credit cards
4) If you say 'free-don't charge us
5) If you make free offers, send them
6) Answer your emails.
7) Good Service and happy customers is the key.
8) Just do it. 

SCAM ALERT. One of the oldest in the book. You buy. They share your credit card information with THREE of their sister companies and you are automatically enrolled in a continuing subscription without your knowledge for $45+ dollars a month. I believe that they used to be legit, however they are not anymore. STAY AWAY!!!

Very poor quality; colors of printed materials was drab and blacks were chocolate brown in color. Very dissapointing.

The did issue a refund, less about $5 in shipping costs (to much of a hassle to argue over the $5 in shipping costs that weren't refunded).

I am extremely unsatisfied with the quality of the Christmas cards I ordered from Vista print. I am embarrassed to send them to my friends and family, in fact I will dispose of more than half of the cards. I will never use this company again. The quality of the photo I uploaded is beautiful; I have no idea what happened to the color and clarity of the photo once in Vista's possession.

On March 20, 2005 ordered return address labels for my "Save the Date" cards and Thank you notes. Paid for expedited printing and shipping. Received an email that they had been shipped the next day. Waited and waited still nothing arrived. On April 1 I called and they still haven't shipped. Overall Satisfaction rank -10.

In their defense, VistaPrint does have a fairly simple yet sophisticated on-line ordering and design program, when it works. I should have known then that the fun was to begin.

Customer service is non-existent, as is evidenced by the fact that it took me numerous emails and TWO letters to Robert Keane, the VistaPrint CEO, before I received business cards that I could actually utilize.

Even after filing a complaint against the company with the Better Business Bureau, their customer service department continued to ignore my inquiries.

After my SECOND letter to the CEO (all of my letters were sent with Confirmation Receipt), someone from the executive office spoke with me on a weekly basis until my cards were made to my satisfaction.

When customers have to write the CEO of a company to get basic services, that company is no longer worthy of our business!

If I hadn't spent so much time on laying out my business card I wouldn't have placed the order. At the check out the price suddenly jumped up $5 for no reason. After re typing the original url from a promotional flyer I got, I got back to the original price. Hitting the back button did nothing. At the checkout the second time and completing the order they try to entice you with a cash back offer that will sign you up for a $15 a month automatic charge to your credit card which is a coupon program. They are very good at making it confusing so be carefull and read EVERYTHING!
Choosing the designs and layout are pretty good and convenient and I can't speak to the quality of the product but this experience really ticked me off and If I hadn't spent so much time laying out my card I wouldn't have placed the order.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a print company. The brouchures arrived with a different look, than how they were left. The trim job was horrible and graphics were moved from their original placement.
The business cards offered can be obtained "FREE." They do explain that the VistaPrint logo will appear on the back of the card, which was okay with me. The failed to mention that the "logo" was accompanied by the vistaprint.com web site address and their own advertisement for free business cards. DO NOT ORDER THE FREE BUSINESS CARDS - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR USUALLY, AND WITH VISTA, YOU GET LESS!
Overall, I would rather use a scrap piece of a paper with my name and number on it, before I used any Vista Print products. They refuse to fix any errors and make it difficult to contact them.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! Vista Print is a front business that sells products you will end up returning but not getting your money back for! The continue to charge your credit card monthly for $14.95 until you are forced to cancel the credit card to stop them. They do not respond to complaints, requests for refunds, or correspondence directed at them by the trusting consumer. I think this company is based out of Nigeria whose greatest import is $$ by fraud. I realized it was a fraud when you reach only a recording when calling the phone number listed on your credit card statement and again the recording asks for your credit card number to be entered! Contact your local city attorney and BBB for action after cancelling your credit card with your bank.

They will not return your $$ so don't waste time hoping to get customer service. While you wait they charge your credit card again!

VistaPrint seemed very professional from their website, but sent me cards with a vertical line printed through the text.

I brought this to their attention, providing a sample, and they sent me replacements with exactly the same problem.

I asked them to overnight replacements since they'd used up my two weeks lead time before a show, and they refused to deliver any sooner than three days. 

I explained that they botched the order twice, creating the urgency, and needed to step outside their usually process to fix a problem they created. 

They seem to be completely unable to work with a customer to solve problems, being locked into a standard process, and I cannot recommend them to anyone who needs work done correctly in a timely manner.

Now thanks to VistaPrint, my first impression with potential customers will be a flawed business card, despite the fact that I gave them plenty of lead time before the show.

I have used Vista Print for three orders, the printing is poor the Customer service is not there, and now I have discovered that they give Business Max my credit card information and have charged my credit card three times in the past three months for $9.95 a month. Do not use this service.

Ok the cards were OK...so why the long Boooo? They asked me if I would like $10 off my next order...sure I said....but then I noticed $14.95 being deducted from my credit card account. "Oh by selecting the $10 back you get lots of cool discounts," they said. Never knew about the discounts...they never sent me any information. Sleazey to say the least... STAY AWAY FROM VISTAPRINT. Oh by the way I am supposed to be getting a credit card refund...have seen nothing as yet

I order business cards but never received them. Then I tried to contact the so called "customer service" via e-mail. I send them more than 8 messages and they never replied back (although they claim they respond in 48 hours ...). I lost 20$ there which not a big problem, but not answering customer's complains is an indication of a company that sucks. Never going to use their services again and I will advice all the people I know.

Worst Customer service AND product experience ever!!!

My website is never up and there is no way to reach them even though they claim to be available by phone on their website.  It's an automated service that doesn't even work!!!  If you use the e-mail customer service ...they don't respond for almost a week, if they respond at all.  The products are garbage too.

I wish I had done better research...just type their name in and you see how horrible their service is.  In fact, they are being sued for it!

The worst printing job I've ever encountered and I'm a graphic designer that deals with print companies all the time. The order took WAY too long for just business card magnets and the sticker they use to adhere to the magnet, well, lets just say they need to invest in a sharp exacto blade. The edges were all rough and torn, the print quality was even worse. A standard inkjet has better resolution even though they were supplied with 300dpi+ TIFF images. I tried numerous times to contact them regarding my order, 1. because it took one month to get and, 2. because the print job & trimming was completely unsatisfactory. I still have yet to hear back from them and it's been 3 months! Do NOT use them!

Terrible! Print were bad, service is weak. Worst of all though, is that they SELL your personal information and even call me with automated sales pitches every few weeks!!! Buyer beware! I have found that overnightprints.com is much better and finally, no junk. Also iprint.com does pretty good online printing. But these guys just have no consideration for their customers.

AVOID VISTAPRINT!!!!! They make the editing difficult on purpose....so you make a mistake AND HOPEFULLY REORDER!!! *(BECAUSE THEY DON'T ALLOW CANCELLATIONS or EDITING!) These guys offer crappy cards, crappy service, and are rip-off artists. They added an extra number to the phone number of my business card and ruined an $18.00 order under a Holiday Special. In short, I wouldn't recommend vistaprint to an enemy.

I enlisted Vistaprint design team to design a brochure. After wasting 5 days, they produced poor quality work. Their design services are Free and I guess you get what you pay for.

I should have heeded my usual advice and checked out the reviews on resellerratings.com and epinions.com.

When you shop for a low price, that is usually all you get... a low price. However, there is usually a price that you pay for that.

I will not shop at Vista Print anymore. I cannot afford the damage that their low prices could do to my business.

Orderd Business Cards with quality paper, recieved thin card and poor colour and only 1 card holder not 2.
They did send the other holder.
If you are looking for quality then avoid and go to your local high street.

Vista Print is a company that offers no service. That's right, no email, no working 800 number, no web contact system, nothing.

Their software fouled up my print order, and when I tried to cancel, surprise, the 800 line is "out of order". The line works, it's working hours, but they won't answer. Amazing.

$56.00 down the drain to these weasels. Forget about Vista Print, unless you can handle a no service, no contact, no reach vendor.

I would NOT advise ordering from this company.

The shipping got messed up on my order (I registered--and paid for--rush shipping, but when I got my confirmation e-mail, it was listed as the regular ground delivery), which took 45 minutes on the phone to correct; I was billed incorrectly and, to top it all off, despite declining their offer to join some frequent users club, Vistaprint registered me and I started getting billed $15 a month--for what, I have no idea (benefits I never used?).

That took another 30 minutes to call and have removed from my credit card, at which time I complained about the customer service and was basically told they didn't care. There are many other, MUCH better companies doing this online--don't waste your time and money with Vistaprint.

I have used Vistaprint 3 times now and will not go back. Each time I have ordered the "premium" cards - not the free business cards. The problem is that when you reorder cards the colors are different and they are cropped in a crooked fashion. Also the stock varies - the most recent order is on very flimsy paper stock. I gave them a second chance and a third chance. What a waste of time and money. I have previously tried to complain and they have no interest in helping. I don't think they actually have a customer service department. Basically Vistaprint is cheap and you get what you pay for. Their work is junk.

Terrible experience: printing error for which they took no accountability, appalling customer service.
Vista Print screwed up my order.  I e-mailed Customer Service and received an automated response promising that they always respond within two business days.  Three business days later, I tried calling the Customer Service number in the automated e-mail only to find that there was NO option to speak with a human being.
I sent another e-mail to Customer Service and they finally agreed to give me a refund.  However, the refund was only for the amount of the product, not the shipping -- and the shipping actually had cost more than the product itself.  They did not offer to print the order correctly and ship it to me, even though the product was unusable because of THEIR mistake.  So, I'm out the shipping costs and have nothing to show for my order.

 I am writing to inform you that VISTA PRINT has been  taking money out of my bank account.They have stolen money out of my family's bank account several times over a period of a year now and It Will Stop.I will write several letters and reviews reporting these criminal incidents.Their salesman took a Bank number from my wife in 2008 for a $49.99 web site service and Vista print continued to withdraw Illegally 19.97 a month from our checking debit account.After speaking with my bank I am now ready to report the incidents and complain to the Better Business Bureau.Until they refund our money, I will continue to report this incident to several agencies.I warn you  do not give them youre Debit or Credit card#

I've used vistaprint.com to get some business cards and the results were awful both in terms of customer service and end result.

- I wasn't sure how to use their Photoshop template so I called customer service. They had no clue and just read me what was on their website. I can read, thanks. They also claimed that submitting a picture with a resolution higher than 300dpi wouldn’t produce a good result and sticking to 300 dpi was better. This doesn’t make sense to me.

- Regarding the actual cards, the logo is all pixelated, the cut is too small (it's not the 3.5*2 inch standard) and not straight. You can actually see that the printed text is not parallel to the edge.

- I emailed my contact at vistaprint to complain. No answers.

Save yourself. Go to a local print shop or Kinko’s. Somewhere where you can actually get a preview of what the final result will be. That way, you can make adjustments or change shop.

Added comment: since ordering from Vistaprint I have been receiving unwanted phone calls from them to sell me additional products.

I ordered business cards from Vistaprint.com and had my credit card number shared with BusinessMax. Many hours of hassle for poor quality business cards.

I was satisfied with the order process and the products. However, I was disappointed by the way they automatically signed me up for a Vista Print Reward program that charges $14.95/month. They did agree to cancel my membership (which I didn't know that I had signed up for!) and credit by account. However, I believe it's a bad business practice to sign people up for a monthly charge program without CLEARLY stating the terms.

Look out people. They will get you everytime. You will get an e-mail tell you that you can get 250 FREE business cards but Nooooo actually when you go through the whole process of designing the cards and then enter your credit card number I promise it will come up with a different total. You should only have to pay the shipping but that won't happen. When you call customer service they will tell you that you actually clicked on a link to pay $8.99 FOR FREE BUSINESS CARDS how stupid is that. If you have any sence you will go to your local printer say I can get business cards online for about $25.00 which is what the FREE business cards are going to cost you after shipping and everything that they slap on you. You printer will probably make you some cards and you will have them in a few days rather than months. RUN RUN RUN AWAY from Vistaprint its the Bait and Switch King of the internet

Horrible shipping service. I've been waiting for twice the delivery time and still haven't received my business cards. I've been on hold with their support line for 20 minutes so far and haven't had an answer. The first tele-prompt was "If you haven't received your order please press 1" - very telling...

The "free" promo is not free - you must pay exorbitant shipping charges. Each add-on is sneakily added to your order when your creating your card online. I invested too much time making my card in their online application so I ordered it. What a mistake.

After, finally, getting through to support they offered to re-print and send the cards to me within 7 days. We'll see how that goes...

After I ordered some business cards, they automatically signed me up for something called Vista Prints Rewards ( a buying service ) at $ 14.95 per month. Beware for these guys, they're crooks.

Vistaprint's sales/customer service staff is incompetent at best. When they are able to understand you, the only thing they can do is try to sell you more product. I ordered 1000 of their "premium" business cards, which never arrived. They resent with DHL (an incompetent carrier) who left the cardboard box of business cards on my porch, in a thunderstorm. When I called to complain about the soaked cards, they could only say "I understand the problem, and we will give you a promotion on the re-order" and I had to purchase an entire new order, as they would not accept any accountability. Essentially, I have now cumulatively spent approximately $200, for which I should be receiving 250 cards that they claim were shipped 3 days ago, but cannot find any tracking information for. Bottom line, if your are depending on timely, competent service, or if you want to actually receive business cards, you are better off at a local printer.

My card came back with a black line down the right side, even though not in the proof I submitted. The company refused to re-print it or refund, and simply argued with me about the proof. The whole card was slightly off center as well. My cards are very unprofessional looking and not usable. BEWARE!

Order was prompt..that is the only positive thing I saw about them.
There paper is substandard for something that is billed as premium paper.rough edges light and small. If it was any thinner it would be toilet paper.
The cut is off. and awful
The color is not as promised...they want me to send them back copies and I feel like I am wasting time on a product that will never be up to par.
I feel used and manipulated.

"You get what you pay for" and Vista Print taught me this (again) recently.
I re-did the same order (with their designer's consulting) and the printing still looked like garbage (the text was not tack-sharp, had a dotted texture to it, and the colors were dull). They admitted this was their typical quality. I think they are about high volume rather than high quality. Pity.

Avoid these guys.

Criminal business practices.
will spam you relentlessly, try to sign you up for random "parnter programs" etc.
no way to contact customer service on the web site.
you must call an 800 number with terrible response,
On the phone, I waited ten minutes, was diconnected, another ten minutes listening to ads on hold, then I was given an email address to send my concerns to - this was the same email address I'm receivng spam from - and it even tells me not to reply because it's an unmonitored address.

I used Vistaprint three times for cards and refrigerator magnets and found the quality poor. The card paper quality yellowed quickly and the positioning of the print was disproportionate and not centered. The magnets we're a very thin quality and the print not clear, blurry.

During the on line transaction while and in the final phase of shipping and payment, hyper links appeared that confused the sale offering discounts. This prompted interest that concluded with joining other monthly charge originations in a deceptive matter, they used the already provided billing information from the card and magnet sale. I'm currently now in a billing dispute.

To conclude if your looking to buy low quality print items for special needs Vistaprint provides that service.

Wow...wish I had seen Epinions.com before dealing with this DEPLORABLE company. Just as the previous reviews said, ordering online took WAY too long...but I figured it would be nice to have a customized cards for my business..with my logo uploaded. Well, it sure looked great online but when I got the cards--YOU COULD NOT EVEN READ MY PHONE NUMBERS!!!--the printing was so light it was nearly illegible. The cards look ridiculous! Then, I call and I am CHASTISED by the customer service person--she is viewing my order and it is "totally apparent" to her that this job would not come out well. She then attempts to NEGOTIATE a refund policy, first they will give me 50 percent off of an a new order (why, for more crappy looking business cards??), THEN tells me..okay how about a new order for "free". She also said I was interrupting HER and I wouldn't even allow her to speak...Number One thing you NEVER say to a customer. Don't EVER, EVER use this company. I am SCARED to see how they are going to charge my credit card!

I used Vista Print as well and got the Business Max charges on my credit card account. These guys are the reason that it has become so dangerous to do business online. Yea you get your "free" cards. Then a few weeks later they start putting numerous 12 dollar charges on your credit card without your authorization nor do you receive ANY goods and/or services for those charges. They are a scam do NOT I repeat DO NOT do business with these guys.

They're okay for straightforward business cards and that's it. Don't task their brains with anything like a bifold. I nearly lost a client because of them...cheap paper, off-center, sloppy die cut.

As many have complained, NONEXISTENT customer service based in Jamaica. Like I really want to try to strain to understand BobMarleySpeak about my order...that is, when there's a decent phone connection. Their reps are just plain idiots. Supervisors just outright lie to you about fixing an order, refunds, etc.

Vista Print not only sucks, they won't admit their mistakes! Never received my order, even though every day I called they said I would receive it the next day. THEN they tried to blame DHL by saying DHL lost the package. When I called DHL, their records showed that the order never left Vista Print's facility. The DHL agent said this happens ALL OF THE TIME with Vista Print. I received an email from Vista saying they would credit my Am Ex account, but they never did. Now I have had to file a dispute with Am Ex. I think Vista gets away with it because their headquarters is off-shore in Barbados. Something is definitely fishy about Vista Print.

I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED!!!!
Incident = I received blank cards and blank stamps in the mail from Vista Print that I did not order and my checking account was charged $84.59.  I have placed previous orders with Vista Print and used my debit card to pay but did not order this.  I filed a fraud complaint with the Police Department and Declaration of Unauthorized Use with my bank.  Vista print will still not issue a refund because my address and 3 digit code on my debit card matches for the order.  Of course it is going to match, I have used this card and address with them before.  I have had to cancel my debit card so I do not receive other charges.  I am very unhappy with how Vista Print has handled this and will no longer do business with them.  
Damage Resulting = My checking account was debited for $84.59 by Vistaprint.com and they will not refund the unauthorized amount charged.

My vistaprint online purchase was fine, however WATCH OUT FOR YOUR BANK BALANCE AFTERWARDS.

Vistaprint appears to have signed me up to their affiliated 'rewards clubs' for £10 deduction per month. I did not notice until four deductions from my bank account had been made.

It seems that if you do not send some kind of unprompted rejection, you get signed up and your bank account details are passed to these rewards companies who after a 'trial' period start charging per month. You do not receive any newsletters to remind you that you are a member of the rewards clubs so they can keep happily taking your money every month.

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING VISTAPRINT FOR THESE REASONS.

I ordered "free" business cards in April 09 with slow 21 day shipping and paid $5.  I haven't gotten my order and every time I check for the "Arrives on or before:" date it gets pushed out 30 days.  Its now August and I still have not gotten my cards.  I've emailed them twice and gotten no response even though they promise quick 48-hour response on all emails.  I'm frustrated. I am glad I decided to test their service before I committed to a large order.  They have failed miserably
