Ok on ordering but Not ok on cancellations

It is an easy to use web site for ordering a number of items and then suprisingly upon check-out you are hit with additional items to consider (at discount rates).
However, before you hit the submit order you better be sure as cancelling any order is a nightmare and you will meet strong resistance. If you email the cancellation they will claim you need to call and then they will still resist cancelling any order.

FIVE Months to Receive Correct Business Cards

In their defense, VistaPrint does have a fairly simple yet sophisticated on-line ordering and design program, when it works. I should have known then that the fun was to begin.
Customer service is non-existent, as is evidenced by the fact that it took me numerous emails and TWO letters to Robert Keane, the VistaPrint CEO, before I received business cards that I could actually utilize.
Even after filing a complaint against the company with the Better Business Bureau, their customer service department continued to ignore my inquiries.
After my SECOND letter to the CEO (all of my letters were sent with Confirmation Receipt), someone from the executive office spoke with me on a weekly basis until my cards were made to my satisfaction.
When customers have to write the CEO of a company to get basic services, that company is no longer worthy of our business!

AVOID VISTAPRINT!!!!! They make the editing difficult on purpose....so you make a mistake AND HOPEFULLY REORDER!!! *(BECAUSE THEY DON'T ALLOW CANCELLATIONS or EDITING!) These guys offer crappy cards, crappy service, and are rip-off artists. They added an extra number to the phone number of my business card and ruined an $18.00 order under a Holiday Special. In short, I wouldn't recommend vistaprint to an enemy.
