Pros: Better than being robbed at gunpoint. Cons: They will try to steal your money any way they can.

Pros: There are no pros for Washington Mutual, they suck. Cons: They are a terrible, disorganized, unfriendly bank who will take your money with hidden fees.

Pros: We haven't had a problem yet with our checking accounts Cons: The mortgage department isn't the least bit concerned with acquiring and keeping good customers.

Pros: there are many wamu banks. they mail frequent statements. ive had good experiences with csr's. Cons: wamu went from being a customer service oriented bank to a greedy bank.

Pros: Two or three of the many people I talked to were nice. Cons: Their phone system is unresponsive and communication between divisions is very poor.
