I've purchased a few things from west elm. I bought a couch, and it is terrible. My friends & I all joke about it, since it's just that bad. It's OK to lie down on as it's basically a day bed. but, it was sold as a "sofa" and it is the worst "sofa"

This is a great store. We had a few problems with the contracted shipping company and West Elm compensated us right away. The items are beautiful and affordable.
