Cons: LOWE'S doesn't work on the Whirlpool and no Whirlpool reps in the Wichita, KS area.

Pros: Outsourced call center is helpful and understanding. Larger heater without larger electric bill.
Cons: Repeated breakdown, terrible stateside customer service. Repairmen bills, missed work waiting for repairmen very costly.
