Pros: Worked pretty good for the first 5 years!! :P Cons: LOWE'S doesn't work on the Whirlpool and no Whirlpool reps in the Wichita, KS area.

Pros: Outsourced call center is helpful and understanding. Larger heater without larger electric bill. Cons: Repeated breakdown, terrible stateside customer service. Repairmen bills, missed work waiting for repairmen very costly.

Pros: Well insulated. Water stayed warm for couple days after power was diconnected. Cons: Faulty Control Panel! Fire Risk! Whirlpool needs to recall the control panels! Dangerous!
