The basket was expensive and the products were inferior and small. I complained twice to Customer Service and was told each time that someone would contact me. I never heard a word from anyone.

Try some other merchant - don't resort to bad value and non-existent service.

ordered six baskets for delivery on December 3rd and paid for 2day
delivery, the baskets never arrived. When I contacted customer service they made no effort to rectify the situation.
