I purchased this series of videos early last year with an open mind. I decided to try it for 2 weeks to see if I saw any results. I started off in a size 9 pants and at the end of 2 weeks, my pants were too big and I dropped to a size 5. I skipped the beginner video and went straight to the 20 minute workout. The only thing I changed in my diet was drinking more water and I cut out soda completely. I still ate burgers 4-5 times a week (I work at In-n-out burger). I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to drop inches! My sisters friend also went from a size 14 to an 8 in a very short time!
