Pros: Challenging gameplay; easy to learn; intense sound effects
Cons: Awful screen flicker; controls are capricious; only one 1-Up

Pros: Two-player mode is outstanding; good reproduction of an arcade classic
Cons: The screen flicker is horrible
Summary: Wizard of Wor is one of those early arcade games that was the epitome of simplicity, but was fun as heck. Thankfully, CBS Electronics made a very good port of the game to the Atari 2600 in 1982, and it's not all that hard to find that version of ... read more
