Yes- It's a camera, packaged inside this small plastic case is a tiny USB camera. There was a sale and it costed my $9 after rebate. A plugged it in and installed the software. It was a cool little camera and took pictures and video at a maximum of 320x240. When moving the image would get blurry and would take a fraction of a second to refresh itself. But for only $9-it was a good value. It also included some cool extra software to play around with. It worked on My Win98 System very well, I tried it on a school network which was running Win95C, yes version C or Windows 95-On the box it claimed it would work with 95 A and B- no mention of C. I couldn't get it to work & no drivers were available for C on the web. If you have anything else on your PC 98/2000/ME this is a great value if you can get it cheap!
