I was skeptical at first, having never paid less than $100 for a pair of eye glasses since wearing them over 40 years. When I opened the package and saw my $15.95 glasses plus $4.90 each for tint and glare ($25.80) I was like WOW!! These are the best glasses I have ever worn. So Light and stylish!! I immediately told all my eyeglass wearing friends about Zenni. My daughter has ordered Three pairs and loves all three! My son has ordered a pair and is awaiting their arrival, which isn't long either about two weeks or less! I could give Zenni 10 STARS!!!
The customer service is helpful in that it corrected my prescription readings which I've entered incorrectly.Their lab which is located in China is doing very good service in that it is verifying all prescriptions before going to production.I've received my eyeglass set in two weeks flat.The frame (I've opted for stainless steel) and glasses are of very high quality.Its great for its price.It costs me $25 including shipping.

I purchased a pair of glasses through ZenniOptical.com because my vision insurance only covered contacts or glasses, not both. I was extremely hesitant about doing so but I figured with the prices how could I lose... Well I made a smart choice. I was extremely impressed when I received my glasses, which was only 12 days from the date of purchase. And I have an extremely bad astigmatism in one eye. I was just going to get the lenses replaced in my old glasses but JUST FOR the "featherwates" lenses it was going to cost nearly $200.00. I called customer service and asked a few questions, which were answered quickly. If anyone out there is considering purchasing glasses from them, make sure you're your prescription is correct and you measure your PD distance correctly and you should have no problem!! I give them an A++!! Will definately purchase from again and again.
I agree with those who were pleasntly surprised by their experience with Zenni Optical. I kept expecting something to go wrong, but it never did -- the order process was smooth, the delivery happened as advertised, and the product was better than what I have gotten from better-known vendors for many times the price.

This has been the worst shopping experience I have experienced on the net. Customer service is no service at all. E-mails are un-answered. When you call they make promises they do not keep about calling back and responding to requests. 100% Satisfaction is Fiction ... and I'm easy going. It's 2 months now and no glasses and no refund. The first order they sent broken glasses, damaged sun glass shades and a complete wrong order on a second pair of sun glass shades. I was very clear on my instructions, I called to confirm my order twice and I was sent the wrong product. Never again with Zenni. Please consider some other company. I now have my claim in dispute with my credit card company. All this deal caused was aggravation and I had to pay to send back the damaged and wrong order. Think twice, there is a reason it is cheap. Crap products and NO Customer Service.

One of the worst online services ever. I have ordered the glasses in March. When I received the classes, the lens were cracked. So, I sent it back, and Zenni optical said it will be shipped immediately. Look at what is happening? I still do not have my glasses and it's end of June.I want my glasses NOW. Awful customer service, Lies to customer that they sent the glasses, How can I trust accuracy of the prescription if they continue to lies to me that they did sent the glasses even though they didn't. They might give you the wrong prescription and make your eyes worse off. Bad service.. Go to your local eye wear store...
Rx is a prescription. Zenni will not show proof to anybody buying their lenses exactly what your lenses are made to. You tell them what your Rx is when you order, but they won't show it or prove it when you get your order. So, if they screw up, and they do all the time, you have wasted your time and money. They do this on purpose (won't provide any paperwork with your order to state what your lenses are made to)
because most people buying cheap lenses and frames won't take the hassle to return them. You waste between $30 and $150 every time.
Also, you can only get tint in 3 shades, and can not ever get any tint on anything but straight, low strength lenses.
You can not get high index lenses either (anything thinner than 1.57) like most places except on straight, low strength lenses.
Their customer service is horrible and they are very rude.
Especially the gal that answers.

Very easy to use web site. Glasses arrived in less than 2 weeks. Can't beat the price! The glasses were exactly as ordered and the correct prescription. This was my first order, kind of a test. I WILL use them again! The same glasses would have been $200-$300, even with insurance.
At this price I can afford to buy a spare pair or two.

I wouldn't recommend this site if you want to receive your glasses within two months or less. I understand that these glasses are made in China, but you shouldn't state that orders will be delivered within three weeks if you can't actually deliver them within that time - it turns out to be double the time they promise. I have been waiting a month for my order and I just found out today that it has not yet even left China, so it will likely be another month before I receive it. Horrible! And when I called, the woman who "helped" me was exceedingly rude and had no answers for me whatsoever. Overall satisfaction? Zero! Even if the glasses are fabulous, I couldn't tell you since they take so long to arrive and the customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. For your sanity, go somewhere else!

Worst.Customer.Service.Ever.
They have lost my order, it is two weeks past due, and Zenni Optical does not posses a functioning database to tell me where it is. They are either unable or unwilling to return phone calls and emails. Their customer service manager, Chris is inflexible and unhelpful. He could use a class in conflict resolution and customer service. He and his staff is dismissive, they try to resolve situations by taking your name and "calling you back" which results in no phone call from them, and more of your time spent calling them again.
I would never, ever, under any circumstances use this company again nor would I recommend them. There are other competitors out there who are more willing to help their paying customers.
My almost two year old thinks glasses are great to play with so once he broke my last pair I decided to go cheap. Zenni has a pretty good selection. I ended up spending 22.85 total and they showed up in less than 2 weeks. I was surprised. I will be ordering some more fun ones :) I would recommend Zenni Optical to other people.

Very happy with my service- their site was very good and helped quite a bit with figuring out my prescription. The delivery (to Canada) was as fast as could be expected, and best of all, they did not charge an outrageous rate to ship up here :)
The glasses were all exactly what I ordered, and very well made.

Have brought 6 pairs of glasses from Zenni, and I must say they are absolutely brilliant, the price is amazing and the quality is as good as any $400 pair you would buy from an optometrist, and delivery was within 2 weeks, I am wrapped with Zenni and have recommended them to all my friends who wear glasses and they have brought some now as well, thanks heaps Zenni, keep up the good work.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this company! First I tried to order 2 pairs of glasses, but the website shopping basket was broken they said. So I faxed in the order. Two weeks later I called and the response I got was "Oh sorry, we haven't ordered it yet." Then, one month after that, I called again and they had forgotten to make the order! VERY unsatisfied, I decided to cancel altogether and find another company to do my business with.
great experience progressive glasses at eye drs was almost $500 got pair from zennioptical for under $70. perfect fit and just as good as $500 pair came in under 2 weeks!!! very satisfied
