Pros: Cheap to buy. Cooler than ANYTHING else on the road that is not a Ferrari. Cons: As a seller, cheap to buy. And when you do, you wish you hadn't.
This unsung hero of the Ferrari line (the WHOLE Ferrari line, not just the 8-cylinder cars) is an absolutely incredible car. The conservative (when compared to a Dino 246 or the 308 GTB) styling begat bad reviews when first released. BUT, look at the ...

Pros: Incredible low price for a thoroughbred Ferrari. Cons: Yes, a Golf TDI makes more mpg!

Pros: Sporty-good road feel-a beautiful above 3500 RPM. Cons: Tuner Cars.... mine is SUPPOSE to sound this way.
How can anyone say this is an ugly car. The heart and soul of this beauty is the 3 Liter 4 Cam Engine !!!! Mine has the original exhaust and sounds much more aggressive than any newer F-car equipped with Tubi's. Oh, and mine is a 1974 with less than fourty thousand miles.
Driving this car on long journeys is a must. Took mine from Minnesota to California. Dino's are meant to be driven a bit aggressively (but safely !!). I have tortured my poor little car by attempting to cruise in traffic - the attention it draws is quite frightening in some aspects. But I reward the car with a quick pace for the drive home. This Dino is presenting me with the most fun I have had with any car I have owned in the past. (4 Maseratis, 2 Lancias, 2 Porsches, & 2 (12 cyl) Jaguars) It currently resides with my Corvette C-5 soft top, and Jaguar XJ/8 Sedan. My only dilemma in the morning is to pick one for the drive to work.
