Ford Motor Credit is Great!

I bought a used Ford Explorer from a dealership last spring and financed through Ford Motor Credit. Not only were they able to match the low rate at my credit union, the paperwork was simple and the people helping me were patient in explaining the details to me. Rather than deal with the monthly coupons, I sent them an email asking for automatic withdrawal through my bank and it couldn't have been easier to sign up.
In December, we decided to pay off the loan. I went to the Ford Motor Credit web site and after I logged in I was able to get all of the details about my loan. They gave various payoff amounts based on when the money would be received and the address where the payment should be sent. I just printed out the page and mailed it with my check. I had no idea it could be so easy! I have only had positive experiences with Ford Motor Credit. I definitely appreciate the easy access to my loan information via the internet.
