Many of your "suggestions" are actually the law in many states. Failure to keep right except while passing is a moving violation in my state punishable by a fine and points against your license, as is failure to use signals for lane changing or turning.

Mt husband Len was a driving instuctor and examiner in England. Every day I see stupid actions on the road. I hope lots of people take notice of this one.
