I have owned three GMC Jimmy's,never had any problems out of any of them.In fact I am looking at a 2000 now.I like the feeling of being higher than in a car,but not as high as in truck.Feel very safe, as far as having wrecks.I love all the room,and plenty of space for luggage on trips,plus room for golf clubs and coolers.It's great wouldn't drive anything else.To drive my Jimmy is like driving a car but better,never have a fear of turning over,it doesn't feel a bit top heavy like most other utility sports vehicles.
