I remember about last summer hearing reports on the local news here in North Carolina about the Jiffy Lube doing the same types of things to customers here. One of the employee's (in shadow) said that they were supposed to do things like this. So yes people be ware.
I would like to point out that Jiffy Lube is not an Autobody shop though. It is a Auto-Mechanic shop. Good review though.

A very good opinion but Jiffy Lube is not a Auto Body shop. Auto Body Shops repair the bodies of cars.

first, air conditioning problems are not body shop items.

Next, why on Earth would you have a major repair done at6 an oil change place?

I find it hard to believe that you kept going back to Jiffy Lube after putting freon in the air conditioner failed.
