Prarie tan in color, the vehicle has held up well for the last 30+ months. But so far only 23,000 miles. The good stuff-smooth ride even over lava rock, comfy seats, lots of room in the rear areas. Paint job has held up real well in the Hawaiian sun and volcanic vog (volcanic gases) we have on the Big Island. We are trading it in soon on the new Explorer Sport Trac (Fords answer to the Xterra.). We got a good trade-in quote. The bad news was the front end-clanky noises while in four-wheel, tire grinding from a poor adjustment of the four wheel computer controls and a complete collapse of the front drive train mechanics just when we were heading to the airport for a vacation... We made it in another car and the Ford dealer came out and got the car at our home, returning it to our driveway before we got back from our trip. Great warranty program. Few other problems, ease of use and fun to drive. Plenty of power. Good instruments and sound system. Buy it if you need room and a go everywhere car. Too sweet for everyday off-roading though. Access to the back is very easy. Not bad! Aloha from Hawaii!
