NO DVD NEEDED WHEN LOOKING FOR A DVD PLAYER

I just bought a TV for my car and it is the bomb. But, I've decided that I won't buy a DVD player for my car, instead, wait to buy the Sony Playstation 2 and hook that up to my car. Therefore, I'll be able to play Playstation 2 as well as watch DVD’s because the Playstation 2 plays DVD’s. The only thing that I'm not completely sure about is the skip protection. But, I doubt that will make a huge difference. Its not like I'm going to go mudding and watch a DVD at the same time. Therefore, the good thing about this idea is that you will be able to play Playstation 2 as well as watch DVD’s for a cheaper price but there might be a minor problem with the skip protection. I small compromise in my mind.
