If you are in need of a good body shop while passing through Clarksville, Tn. You will probably look in the yellowpages to find one. Well I can tell you don't even think about calling G & G Auto Body and Repair.
This shop does very very bad work. I took my car to them, and the owner promised me he could repair all the damage to my car without any problem.
Well letting him have my car was my first mistake, My car was suppose to be fixed within two or three days at the most.
Almost 3 weeks later I picked up my car. I pointed out to the owner what all was wrong with my car. There was paint on my windows, in numerous places the primer was bleeding through the paint, and there were many places where the paint had a rough finish instead on smooth.
The owner told me just take the car and call him next week and he would finish up on my car.
My second mistake was taking my car back to G & G to finish up on it. In all I took my car back 5 or 6 times within 4 months.
Every time I pointed out to the owner what was still wrong he would say, don't worry we'll take care of it, except for the last time in May 2000. The owner of G & G flat out told me that he wasn't going to fix my car anymore and if I didn't like it to take him to court.
So much for his motto. I asked the owner about his ad in the yellowpages. The one that states in big black letters "WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK"
The owner of G & G said that the reason the paint kept coming off my car was a factory defect, not his fault.
All I can tell you is that my car lost around $4000 in Value after I let G & G work on it.
So please take my advice, don't ever, I mean ever let G & G so much as put gas in your car.
