Hi my name is ashley and im only 18 years old and i dont know much about the BMW's except for the fact that they are really nice cars and i love the way they look. I always thought that the nice luxury cars like BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar and those kind of cars were really safe cars. but my beliefs came to an end on the night of April 9th when my best friend was killed because of a car accident. He was with a friend driving on a road that was wet from rain and they werent drunk or anything and they completely lost control and flipped and ran into a tree. My friend, who was the passenger, died. They were in my friends parents BMW. They say that if they were in his car, a mitsubishi eclipse, that my friend who didnt make it would of survived. Ever since that accident i wont ride in a BMW, and i know that it was mostly the severity of the crash that caused the death and the total destruction of the car, but still i dont trust the car anymore and i do not like to be in them. So my point is to let all you people know, that want to buy a nice car just for the safety of their children, that its not always the nice cars that are safe, sometimes the cheaper ones are just as safe, if not safer then the nice cars.
