The Truly 'Premium' Gasoline

When I bought my 2000 Toyota Sienna, I used 93 octane gasoline on it because that's what I thought was better. Then, after hearing all the talk about Regular having the same additives as Premium, I switched to Regular just to give it a try. Then, I noticed that the car ran much harsher on the Regular. During idling, I felt this weird vibration on the on the steering wheel and on the floor, but when I used Premium, this never happened.
After I tried Regular and didn't like the results, I switched back to Premium and I love it. The car runs smoother, and it's noticeably quiet during idling. I know many mechanics will contradict to my opinion but I did the experiments and there is nothing better than physical proof.
