Responsibility FirstDec 07 '00 Write an essay on this topic.I will most likely take a lot of flack for what I am about to write, but this is a serious subject. #1 The first thing to consider is who will be riding the machine, and their riding ability. #2 Where will this machine be used at. On a farm, ranch, mountains. This will determine the size and if you you need a 4x4 model. There are so many different manufactures and models it can almost drive a person crazy, this is why you really need to ask yourself these questions. Also if the machine is for a teenager or younger, Don't turn the kids loose without making sure they know how to handle it. Please check to see if there is a rider safety course in your area, they can teach Proper riding habits. And above all wear Protection,ex Helmet, chin pads, gloves, boots and long pants. It can save your life,or save your body from the elements. Always be sure to be responsible, and use safety first. The life you save may be yours or that of a loved one. Because having fun is the main thing. Ride safe, use the machine for what it was intended for, don't over load it, keep in proper operating condition, and it will give many years of service.. And once again,If kids or teenagers are to use this ATV on or near county roads, have them sign a contract with you that they will use there head and be responsible and follow the rules of the road. A 450 lb ATV and rider is no match for a 3000 lb car or truck. The end result is heart ache.. Be safe and have a good ride... |
