98` RM125
Written: Jan 29 '00
Pros:very fast, "lock the front wheel" brakes, good hard suspension
Cons:expensive to keep running as hard as I do
This bike rips. Thats fair warning. The peak horsepower made by the 1998 Suzuki RM125 is top in its class. Not even yamaha can beat it. While the front suspension is a bit on the hard side for average riders, the conventional fork can be made to work extremely smooth for even the frailest rider. I dont recommend this bike for anyone frail however. I'v seen people wind this bike out so fast they fell off. Although i dont really like to see my bike doing a 6th gear tumble in a corn field, its a nice way to let you know its got power(not to mention scare the s*it out of the neighbors). I use my RM125 for freestyle and motocross racing, but 4 days a week I spend beating the daylights out of it at the local stomping grounds. I recommend this bike for anyone rich enough to keep up with the maintenance(I sure can't). -OR- I recommend this bike to anyone who likes to get the holeshot and pull away from there.
