Pros: Blistering performance, solid drive train, good looks, fantastic aftermarket potential Cons: Hard to find, premium price tag, traction problems,
cheap interior appointments, expensive to repair The Bottom Line: If you want performance the Supra is your car. It has tremendous aftermarket potential and reasonable reliability. However, if you're looking for a sporty daily driver, look elsewhere.
Okay, you've seen the movie "The Fast and The Furious" and if you're reading this review you're probably wondering "is the Supra everything it's made out to be in the movie?" In one word "Yes." However, they are in high demand and fairly rare ...

Pros: Monster of a sports car with worlds of upgrade potential! Cons: I haven't found one yet.
This might be the strangest review you'll ever read about a Supra, but I feel the aftermarket potential of a car interests many sports car enthusiasts.
Yes, it can kill a Viper GTS, but it's not cheap to get the car there. Arguably the worlds...

Pros: Great Acceleration, Handling, and Brakes. Typical Toyota Reliability, Very comfortable interior Cons: Hard to find, low mileage models are VERY high priced. The Bottom Line: If your looking for a GT car to extract high HP from, yet want comfort, good handling, brakes, and reliability, the Supra deserves a strong look.
I bought my '94 Supra Twin Turbo in summer of '99 with 54k on the clock. And I have to say that I am still amazed by this car. When the Supra came out in '93, I fell instantly in love with it after reading all the reviews and comparison test of it....

Pros: Supercar performance at reasonable price. High quality construction. Cons: Somewhat harsh ride. Sport roof option reduces body stiffness. The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for experienced drivers who want an ultra-high performance sports car. Be careful in your buying decision since many Twin Turbos have been abused.
When Toyota decided to unleash its upgraded Supra in 1993, it was a complete redesign of a car that had previously been built on a shared platform. Throwing the engineering might of one of the largest and most sophisticated manufacturers behind the...

Pros: Super fast, race car handling Cons: go through tires like nothing
I found the deal of the century two years ago, when I bought my red 94 Turbo with only 12000 miles on it. I have since driven form Minnesota to Arizona three times. What a car! It is extremely fast, but also very roomy and comfortable. The sport roof...

Pros: Speed agility for its size Cons: A bit touchy on corners
This bulky sports car can do 0-60 in under6 seconds and weighs over 3500 pounds. Thats pretty impressive, coming out of twin turbo v6 engine. Quite comfortable on the inside. And a great looking exterior. People usually buy cars because of thier...

Pros: Awesome all-around performance. Cons: Ugly styling, poor quality and workmanship. The Bottom Line: If performance is your sole interest, buy it. Otherwise, there's better options.
I bought a TT Supra back in '94, trading in a 92 TT Nissan Z for it. Though both were similar, the Supra had the performance edge, and at the time, that was all I cared for.
The Supra's handling was superb. Acceleration was exhilirating,...

Pros: High Upgrade potential Cons: stereo system needs work
This car is not for the faint-hearted nor for those who are content on simply getting from point A to point B anonymously to commuters around you.
I was a very ardent fan of the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4, which I incidentally crashed on a high speed...

Pros: Style, Price, Mod Capabilities, FEEL Cons: Can't pack all your buds in at once for the fun
The 4th Generation Supra can't be beat! I bought my third Supra, a 1994 Supra TT, Silver, 5-SPD, with many mods before I knew anything about the aftermarket capabilities of this car. This is my third Supra. I had a '84, '87, and now a '94. I never...

Pros: Turns Heads Cons: Heavy
In 1993, I saw a black 6-speed, twin turbo Supra. It was love at first sight. It happened to be snowing outside, so I left the Toyota Dealership with a Toyota 4-Runner that day. This vehicle was so reliable and served me so well, that I became a fan...

Pros: Fast, reliable, sporty, and fun to drive. Cons: Performance loss with targa top off . Hard to get through the crowds. The Bottom Line: The most fantastic sports car at an affordable price
Purchased this car in 1994 for my wife. She developed cancer and the car stayed put. It was serviced, fluid changed, etc. yearly. My wife is ok but is unable to sit low in a vehicle so it became mine. With 20,824 miles on it it is as new. The leather is ...

Pros: Looks, performance, feelgood factor Cons: A bit thirsty
At the age of 24 I used to be a Used Car Salesman for a local Lotus dealership here in the UK. However, the car I rated the most was a Black 1994 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo - more so than the Esprits and Elans.
At that time I never thought I would ever...

Pros: aftermarket potential, reliability, power & handling, high resale valve, exclusive Cons: cop magnet, initial cost of car The Bottom Line: I would, without a doubt, recommend this car to anyone who loves to drive a fast car
The supra is one of the most over-engineered car ever. It has one of the strongest drivetrain in existance. Its stock internals can withstand over 800+ crank hp without fail. Its very easy to gain 100 hp with just a few aftermarket bolt-ons. The power...
