| The 1996 Silhouette minivan is available in two models--Series I and II. A 3.4L engine offering 180 horsepower is coupled with an electronically controlled four-speed automatic transmission. Platinum tipped spark plugs and brake/transmission shift interlock are standard. Also standard are anti-lock brakes, driver-side air bag, halogen headlamps and fog lamps. Seven-passenger seating with front and rear air distibution system are standard. A touring suspension is available to include touring tires, electronic leveling and air inflation kit. A power sliding side door(standard on II) and Towing Package are available options. While power rack and pinion steering, dual power outside mirrors, and aluminum wheels are standard. |
