Pros: Economical. Cons: Unsafe. (See Review)
Laying eyes upon this balloon-like vehicle, one is reminded of a can of sardines infected with botulism, warping the can into a bloated piece of tin. A warped can or car in itself is nothing to be alarmed about, but what the warping symbolizes can be ...

Pros: Strong body, many things are automatic, and roomy Cons: many maintenance problems,
This was the first car that i started driving when i turned sixteen. I didn't like it at first because it wasn't like the mercedes 230 that i drove, or the acura, or the bmw 328 that i drove recently, but i found many things that this car has and became somewhat in love with it. The sun/moonroof was always open during the spring and fall time, blasting music which was really clear. WHen i shut the car, the sunroof closed automatically, which is a plus. It is also very roomy inside, for the big people. And lastly, it has a strong body. I was going 45 mph and ran into the guard-rail because of the whether condition... the car was totalled back and front, but i was safe. Didn't really get hurt at all.

Not built to last (past the warranty)

Pros: Comfortable ride, fun to drive, even in horrible weather. Cons: You better be an auto mechanic or have one in the family.
I bought this car in April 1998, with only 9 miles on it. Now in 2004, it has almost 71,000 miles and has been a financial nightmare since the warranty expired (5yr/50k mi.)
The car is a drain in the pockets.
Starting with the constant fogging of the headlamps because of faulty sealing, the windshield wipers that need to be replaced almost every season, the electronic controls in the AC that keep shorting out, the seatbelt latch that broke off, and the endless engine belt replacements, along with the water pump.
All of this started to happen right after I reached the 50,000 mile mark, and kept the car almost immaculate, in New York City!
Great for trips though, this car has gone as far as north as Toronto, west as Chicago, east as Montauk and south as Norfolk, Va.
