More Information
The Dodge Durango is the first eight-passenger compact SUV with the largest interior, highest towing capacity and the most powerful engine in its class. Dodge is adding a 2WD model to the Durango line-up. The interior offers theater style seating and the roof is raised nearly two inches from the second seat back to increase passenger headroom and visibility. Available engines include the standard Magnum 5.2-liter V8 or the optional Magnum 5.9 liter V8 engine. The Magnum 3.6 liter V6 was cancelled mid-year. Both models also offer optional features such as front and rear air conditioning, a limited slip differential and an AM/FM stereo with cassette, CD and equalizer. The 4WD model is available with an optional full-time 4WD system.
