Pros: AWD - all wheel drive Cons: Gas mileage (cuz of AWD)
manufacturer quality and design - wheel bearings, clutch, windshield The Bottom Line: Quality sucks.
1st problem: My dueler bridgestone tires wore extremely quickly. I have replaced them several times with brand name tires, but have resorted to generic ones because of the short life span. I suspect alignment problems after reading some other posts on ...

Pros: Mostly Maintenance Free, All-Wheel Drive, Good attempt at combining an SUV and wagon Cons: Not made for anyone over about 6' tall The Bottom Line: The Bottom Line is trying to send power to the wheels that grip from those that slip
Combine an SUV and a car and what do you get? Subaru would hope that you get the Forester, an all-wheel drive (AWD) hybrid that straddles the line between car and SUV and in the end, you get one of the best hybrid SUV/wagons available out there ...

Pros: Good Acceleration, Suspension, Steering Cons: Cramped Interior, Touchy Gas, Strange Design The Bottom Line: This could be right for a single person on the move, not for large families.
It looks like a wagon, has the suspension of an SUV, and drives like a car. Does this make a good combination? Well, it could. But there are some general flaws which have me a bit disenchanted with this vehicle, which I've been driving for the last...

I looked at a lot of small SUVs before choosing the Forester. Sure it may not have the sexy looks of some of the other models, but I'm too practical to fall for that. I checked out the Toyota RAV4, the Honda CRV, and the Chevy Tracker. The RAV4 and...
