Pros: Awesome styling, great price, BMW service and reliability
Cons: ** NO LOANER CARS **, horrendous distribution centers (my car was delivered without heat)

Summary: I ordered a Mini online which allowed me to pick the color with whichever roof I wanted, the wheels, the package that I wanted and the interior. Though I had to wait 8 weeks for it to be delivered I can honestly tell you that it was worth the wait.
