2004 Audi A4 3.0

Pros: Fantastic engine, Great interior styling/quality, ride, handling
Cons: Price still a bit steep for such a small car, tight backseat/trunk

Pros: best 6-spd-6-cyl-AWD
Cons: a bit heavy, fuel economy suffers

When shopping my car I was looking for 3 features:
-- manual shifter
-- AWD
-- 6-cyl engine
There are only 2 cars on the market which have all 3: A4 and a BMW 3 series xi. No G35 comes with either manual gearshift or AWD but not both. (idiots)
Of the 2 BMW is smaller AND more expensive.
Also fat cats at BMW dealerships near NYC never give test drives of manual cars.
I managed to test drive at one of BMW sponsored events and I like my stick much better.
But enough about the overrated BMW.
I love this car. With 6-speed and a sport package which included 17" all-season tires (you can choose summer if you want at no cost) it's definitely NOT a chick car.
It's got enough power and a broad range of torque.
It handles beautifully. Much better then my old Acura TL.
and with all 4 wheels putting power on the pavement. I am unstoppable in snow, rain or sleet!
