Pros: Handling, Safety, standard options, interior, leg and trunk space, MMI
Cons: Horrible integrated phone system

Pros: Quattro, Look, Acceleration, MMI System (Onboard Computer)
Cons: Phone system, Bumpy ride
Summary: I was considering MB 430 AWD, BMW or Audi. I immediately recognized the technology advances over BMW and Mercedes and felt that in view of upcoming model changes at MB and BMW, felt that the A8 was the only choice. The MMI system is quite advanced.
