Pros: Good looks, quiet V6 engine, plenty of luxury features for the price. Cons: Mushy steering feel, poor freeway tracking, unsettled ride, mediocre interior quality, claustrophobic driving position.
My Experience I test-drove a Chrysler Sebring LXi at a local dealership. My test drive lasted about half an hour and covered city streets, the freeway, and a winding frontage road. Performance The Sebring's 2.7-liter V6 was ...

Pros: Best and quietest convertible I've ever driven! Put the top down and GO, BABY! Cons: Cheap radio, poor cupholder placement, weak 4-cylinder engine.
Another Enterprise rental; this one had 22,000 miles on it when I got it. This was the base model Sebring; much plainer than the Limited or Touring editions. I've owned five convertibles, so I was eager to check out the latest Chrysler rag top! ...

Pros: Vintage inspired exterior, roomy, smooth ride Cons: Interior fails to fulfill the promise of the exterior, sluggish in 4 cyl form.
Teaching for a private company in South Florida, I was given a brand new 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan as a rental car. Expecting an econo car, I was informed they were giving me a free upgrade, and when they pulled up with the redesigned Chrysler, I was ...

Pros: Styling, seat comfort Cons: Questionable reliability, poor quality, better cars can be had for less
Due to a car accident, I was given a 2005 Chrysler Sebring sedan as an upgrade from a Neon, which was far too small. Unfortunately, the Sebring isn't much of an upgrade from the Neon at all. Looks: The car has a nice look, very classy and somewhat ...

Pros: I have nothing good to say about this vehicle Cons: See above
I purchased my 2004 Sebring in November of 2003. Good thing it is under warranty. The head gasket was replaced by the dealer when the car had only 2500 miles on it. Then, in January of 2005, the computer had to be replaced because the car just shut ...

Loving in the Sebring
by ilovemysebring ,Jul 27 '05
Pros: afforable "luxury" car; beautiful inside and out; great sound system; durable interior; cold AC Cons: - the bank wants me to pay them back for the loan
This is my first "new" car purchase, and I am extremely pleased with both the Sebring and Carmax (place I bought it). I have had it 3 months now, and have had no problems.
I have had NUMEROUS compliments on the appearance of the car, but maybe that's because I was driving a 1987 Cadillac prior to that. I love the way the car looks, very sleek and sporty. When you sit in the driver's seat, you feel like you are in a cockpit of a jet.
I am an aggressive driver, and find the Sebring easy to manuever and am pleased with the passing gear despite only having 4 cylinders. It is quite impressive with the hills here in Austin, even with the A/C blowing (quite cold, if you ask me).
The inside of the car is comfortable and not too cramped, I've had four adults seated comfortably. Maybe not the best choice for a family car since it's a coupe, but it still comes equipped with all the childseat safety features.
Nice, loud yet clear stereo.
All in all, I highly recommend this vehicle.
