2004 Kia Spectra Hatchback

Pros: Rock-bottom prices, fantastic warranty.
Cons: Rock-bottom quality: awful shifter, vague handling, boomy engine, quivery structure, cheap and dreary interior.

Pros: Fun drive, good stereo/cd, comfortable seating and excellent warranty!
Cons: Drivers seat-belt too close to hip! Needs improved feul economy.

It has been a good, long while since I bought a car. I am impressed with my KIA 2004 Spectra GS Hatchback. First of all, it has plenty of cargo room; when you really need it, when the back seats are reclined. It warms up quickly, idles quietly and drives on the road very well. It has good acceleration and braking, a comfortable ride! It handles the roads very nicely! The stereo sounds and quality are very good and I enjoy my CD player; use it all the time. Excellent lighting both in the exterior/interior. And of course, FUN, FUN, FUN to drive. (I really mean it!) With a warranty like this, I would be impressed to believe that KIA is putting its money where its mouth is, in its reputation!!!
