Smoking wrinkles!

We all know that smoking can cause Cancer, bad breath, emphysema, yellow fingers and a horrid dent in the old pocket book. But did you all realize that smoking also cause pre-mature aging, such as wrinkles? I didn't know that until I started working in a doctor's office about 13 years ago. I guess it's just not a highly advertised fact such as cancer and emphysema. There are all kinds of articles out there about smoking and the aging process if you want to do the research.
We have women who will come in...want something for wrinkles, the doctors best advice is to use sunscreen and stop smoking, of course he might give her some renova or other anti wrinkle cream too, but by then who knows if that stuff works! lol I, myself, don't smoke and I use sunscreen..wonder if it's working.................................?
